This page says what we do with the details you send us. The owner reviews it before it goes live.

What we collect

When you request a proposal we collect your name, phone, email, the property's name and size, and what you tell us about it. When a property gives us a unit list, we keep the unit numbers and visit dates for the log, and nothing else about residents.

How we use it

We use it to reply, to schedule visits and to write service logs. We don't sell it. We share a unit list only with the crew on that property.
