Houston, Texas

For HOAs and condo boards

Common areas first, owners' homes by request

A board votes once and wants to hear about it only when something changes. We write the proposal for the board's meeting and send a short report after each round.

  • Clubhouse, pool deck, mail kiosk and entry lawns

  • Drainage, ponds and dumpster enclosures

  • Owner requests under the contract, billed the way the board decides
