The prep sheet
Before, during and after a unit visit
Three short lists. Print them or read them on a phone.
Before the visit
A few minutes of clearing makes the visit quicker and the treatment more even.
Clear the floor under the kitchen and bathroom sinks.
Move food, dishes and pet bowls into closed cabinets or off the counters.
Pull light furniture a few inches from the walls where you can.
Tell your leasing office about children, pets, pregnancy or breathing problems in the unit, so the technician knows.
During the visit
The technician checks in, works room by room and leaves a note.
Keep children and pets out of the room being treated.
Ask for the product list if you want to read the label.
If you are not home, the property's rules say whether staff may enter with a key.
After the visit
The technician tells you when you can return to the room and what to leave alone.
Follow the technician's note on when to return and what not to wipe.
Keep pets and children away from treated surfaces until they are dry.
You may see pests for a few days. Tell the leasing office if you still see them after the follow-up date on the note.
If you have a question
Ask the leasing office first, then us
The office knows your lease and your lease dates. Our account manager answers questions about the visit itself, in English or Spanish.

Questions residents ask
Do I have to be home?
Please be if you can. If you can't, your lease and the property's rules say whether staff may enter. Call the number on the notice to change the day.
How long do I stay out of a room?
The technician's note says, room by room. It depends on the product on the label, so we don't give one number for every visit.
Can I wipe the baseboards afterward?
Leave treated surfaces alone until the note says you can. Wiping too soon can undo the work.
What if I still see pests?
You may see some for a few days. If you still do after the follow-up date on the note, tell the leasing office and they will tell us.
Are you the property office?
Ask for the prep sheet in your property's name.
